<p>Hoje como é segunda feira e dia de pesagem vim dividir o meu peso com voces!</p>

<p>Oi meninas,</p>
<p>Hoje tive a coragem de subir na balança depois das festas!</p>
<p>Confesso que já tinha pesado na quinta para saber o quanto iria engordar e me <strong><em>surpreendi!</em></strong></p>
<p>Emagrecer é muitooooooo difícil, mas <strong>ENGORDAR,</strong> é fácil, rápido, indolor e causa boas sensações….hahahaha</p>
<p>Tinha pesado na segunda e tava com <strong>55.0</strong>,(como já postei aqui) na quinta estava com<strong> 54.3</strong> e hoje a balança acusou <strong>55.1</strong>!</p>
<p>Sim engordei <strong>800 </strong>gr, quase 1kg de quinta para ontem, que absurdoooooo!</p>
<p>Tbm exagerei, até Burguer King eu comi, com direito à refrigerante, batata frita e tudo mais…hahahaha, a única coisa que não comi foi doce de espécie nenhuma, não coloquei doce na boca, salvo um pedaço de gelatina(que nem considero doce)</p>

<p>O meninas, tudo bem???</p>
<p>Então minha segunda feira foi boa, até à noite!</p>
<p>Como vocês sabem eu tenho uma filha de 2 anos e 7 meses e tenho que fazer a comida dela separada da nossa, e ela ama angú(polenta) com frango…fiz para ela ontem no jantar e não resisti, tive que comer um pouquinho, mas juro que foi pouco =D</p>

<p>Nós sempre jantamos as 6 e 30, que é um bom horário né e mais tarde tomei meu chá verde!</p>
<p>Estou muito feliz que meu marido está junto comigo nesta reeducação alimentar, estamos indo muito bem!</p>

<p>Até amanhã meninas, vou tentar me <em>controlar</em> (mais) até o Ano Novo, pq sei que vou me <em>descontrolar </em>na festa da virada…hahahaha</p>

<p>Gente quando estou com preguiça e ou doente como tava domingo, eu apelo para os vegetais congelados!</p>
<p>Estes legumes do almoço são ricos em soja e super naturais, então minha saida para momentos de pressa são os legumes congelados mesmo!</p>
<p>O peixe que comi à noite é o Tilapia muito recomendado pelos nutricionistas!</p>

<p>O meu dia de pesagem é na segunda feira, pq gosto de começar a semana com boa(<em>ou má</em>) noticia para não desanimar!</p>
<p>E a balança foi boazinha e me deu um número inteiro hoje que foi<strong><em> </em></strong><font color="#004040"><strong><em>55.0</em></strong>&#160;</font><font color="#000000">e eu fiquei muito feliz!</font></p>
